About me
Alex Pachkov is a TV journalist and anchor at RFE/RL, where he hosts the morning news program from Prague. For seven years, he's been doing journalism that authoritarian governments would rather not exist -- first at TV Rain in Moscow, now in exile. His current work spans daily live broadcasts for Russian-speaking audiences worldwide and investigative reporting on Western brands quietly doing business in Russia. He's also researched youth political expression in closed societies and media literacy in post-Soviet spaces.
