As a reporter for Forbidden Stories, Alexander pursues investigations initiated by silenced journalists all around the world, with a focus on environmental crimes and an eye for innovative research techniques. His work has received several international awards and grants. In 2024, he was a Pulitzer Center Rainforest Investigations Network fellow and investigated the involvement of French finance in the Amazon fossil fuel sector, in Peru and Colombia.
